To Market introduces Fusion™ Commercial Carpet, merging the elements of design and texture into a series of color-coordinated commercial carpets which are engineered to meet the highest standards for both performance and aesthetics. Each Fusion™ Commercial Carpet style offers unlimited design flexibility for end-use applications in office, educational, institutional, healthcare and retail environments.

Double Time™ is manufactured under an exclusive licensing agreement by PacifiCrest for Fusion Commercial Carpet™. PacifiCrest is a division of Royalty Carpet Mills, which was established in 1963, and is the largest independently owned vertically-integrated carpet manufacturer in California. By utilizing a vertically-integrated manufacturing process, (including in-house yarn spinning, dyeing and finishing) and by controlling all aspects of
production, our customers can be assured that total quality control is achieved for every order shipped.

Product Name:
Double Time E-LOK BIOBAK™Alternative Backing Systems. In addition to the standard enriched latex backing, FUSION™ Commercial Carpet offers two different types of high-performance polyurethane backing products. These performance-backing products incorporate BIOBALANCE™ Polymers, a renewable resource technology developed by the Dow Chemical Company and Universal Textile Technologies, LLC. This technology replaces a portion of the petroleum-based chemistry with SoyOyl™ polyol, a renewable resource derived from soybean oil.

BIOBAK™ CUSHION is a high-density backing that provides a low-impedance attached cushion. BIOBAK™ CUSHION is engineered for installations such as hospitals, nursing homes, airports, schools, public space applications and hospitality use, to enhance carpet life and appearance retention while allowing easy movement of heavy-wheeled traffic. The non-woven secondary backing is made of 100% post-consumer materials such as recycled soda bottles.

BIOBAK™ LAMINATE is a high-performance polyurethane latex replacement backing system. The non-woven secondary backing is made of 100% post-consumer materials such as recycled soda bottles.
